Andrea Renda was selected as an international expert for this action, with three main tasks:
– Perform a study on the pioneering experiences on the review and consolidation of the regulatory inventory in at least three European countries (namely, the United Kingdom, France and Portugal) that have already adopted good practices in this area;
– Systematize the current state of the consolidation of the norms issued by the Brazilian federal regulatory agencies;
– Disseminate, among Brazilian regulators, the best practices used in European countries in the area of reviewing and consolidating the regulatory inventory.
This project was performed under the action for Technical Assistance to EU-Brazil Sector Dialogues Support Facility Phase III (EuropeAid/135850/DH/SER/BR) with the European Union Delegation to Brazil, within the scope of the Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) programme.
