2030 governance project (2015-17) CEPS’ ECH (Energy Climate House) is partners in a project for the German energy ministry (BMWi) on 2030 governance. CEPS-ECH examines the role of regional cooperation in implementing the EU 2030 climate & energy framework. Specifically, regional initiatives for electricity markets and renewable support systems will be looked into.
