The Study to support an Impact Assessment of Regulatory Requirements for Artificial Intelligence in Europe consists of 3 parts:
1.) A literature review and country comparison on AI policy and AI & fundamental rights
2.) Analysis of results of an Open Public Consultation. 2.1: Analysis of 18 free text questions; 2.2. Analysis of 408+ position papers.
3.) Cost assessments; focus groups; expert interviews
This project was awarded under the Framework Contract for the provision of Evaluation and Impact Assessment services to DG CONNECT – Lot 1 – Support for preparation and implementation of impact assessments, evaluations and fitness checks in the area of digital policy (n SMART 2019/0024).
