The purpose of the study is to assess how national options and discretions under the DGSD are implemented in practice, and to what extend they could be maintained, or should be eliminated, under EDIS. This will require surveys and interviews in order to collect information necessary for the study. This document has been prepared with the purpose of collecting data on the impact of the NODs on the national DGSDs.
