Leonie Westhoff is an Associate Research Assistant in the Jobs and Skills Unit at CEPS. Her work focuses on European labour market and social policy.
She graduated with a BA Philosophy and Economics from University College London and an MSc Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining CEPS, she conducted research on labour market policy at institutions such as the UK Department for Business and the Centre for Social Investigation at Nuffield College, Oxford.
Alongside her work at CEPS, Leonie is an ESRC Advanced Quantitative Methods and Clarendon Scholar at the University of Oxford, where she conducts PhD research on atypical employment in Europe.
