Expert in European social and employment policies and EU economic governance with four years of professional experience, Francesco provided research and advisory services to various Brussels-based think tanks and EU institutions.
Francesco holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from University of Milan (Statale). He was Ph.D. student visiting fellow at the European Social Observatory and Ph.D. young researcher at the Foundation for European Progressive Studies. He obtained a Master of Arts in Political Philosophy and European Studies at University of Milan (Statale).
