Nadzeya is an Associate Research Fellow within the Economic Policy Unit of CEPS. She is part of the CEPS research team working on the MEDAM project, Mercator Dialogue on Asylum and Migration. Within MEDAM, Nadzeya’s research focuses on the economic and social integration of immigrants. Besides, her research interests include the decision-making process of migrants and the interchange between the migration and the development policies.
Nadzeya holds a PhD in Economics from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Within her PhD research, she investigated the effects of international labour mobility on firm productivity and innovation in new EU member states. Another part of Nadzeya’s research related to the microeconomic effects of international conflicts.
