Sergen Kizilhan is a Project Officer in the Foreign Policy unit (FP) and Project Development Office (PDO) at CEPS. His academic background lays in political science, development and international cooperation.
Within FP, he supports the coordination and implementation of research projects on development cooperation, global partnerships, recovery and reconstruction, and security and defence. He also supports the organization of task forces, high-level policy events, public panels and workshops.
Within PDO, he supports the organization’s project development activities and administrative processes in participation to competitive tender and grant process of the EU and other funding sources.
Prior to joining CEPS, he has conducted internships in various NGOs conducting research on sustainable development in local communities and supporting business development activities.
