Tomás Ruiz De La Ossa is a Research Assistant at the Economic Policy Unit at CEPS.
Expert in Recovery and Resilience Facility, with a legal background with almost a year of professional experience, Tomás provides research and support to the CEPS team. He supports some research projects in the field of EU budget.
With regard to the Recovery and Resilience Reflection project, he was part, inter alia, of the CEPS team conducting an assessment on the Recovery and Resilience Plans of Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Portugal, and Slovakia.
With regard to the Study on the Locations of the EU Decentralised Agencies, he supported the team with the data collection and with the carrying out of the agencies’ interviews.
He has experience in data collection and analysis across EU countries recovery and resilience plans, and data visualization using Tableau.
Tomás holds a Law degree from the University of Murcia and he is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in European Advanced Studies from the European College of Parma, where he aims to graduate in April 2022.
Mother tongue Spanish, he is fluent in English, Italian and has some knowledge of French.
