Ngo Chun Luk is Associate Researcher in the Justice and Home Affairs unit at CEPS.
He obtained his PhD in Law at Maastricht University, with a focus on diaspora, citizenship rights and quasi-citizenship.
At CEPS, his research focuses on European citizenship, migration, asylum and fundamental rights.
Prior to joining CEPS, he was involved in the development of the MACIMIDE Global Expatriate Dual Citizenship dataset and the Involuntary Loss of European Citizenship (ILEC) project.
