Mihnea Catuti

Associate Researcher

Mihnea Cătuţi is an Associate Researcher in the Energy, Resources and Climate Change Unit. His research focuses on the development of the EU Energy Union and its governance, the internal market for gas and electricity and climate policy in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, he is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of York, where he is also a graduate teaching assistant on comparative politics and energy policy, having an academic background in European Public Policy. He also collaborates with the Energy Policy Group (EPG), an independent think-tank based in Bucharest, Romania.
