Eulalia Rubio is Associate Senior Research Fellow in the Economic Policy unity at CEPS. In addition, she holds a position as Senior Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute in Paris. Expert in the EU budget, over the last 20 years she has provided policy analysis to various EU institutions on topics related to the EU budget and EU spending policies and has participated in many research projects in these fields.
Eulalia holds a Ph.D thesis in Political Science from the European University Institute of Florence and a Master in Public and Social Policy from the University Pompeu Fabra (UPF) of Barcelona. From 2014 until 2017 she was associate professor on European economic governance at the European School of Political and Social Sciences (ESPOL) of Lille.
