Olesya Grabova is a Research Assistant in the Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation and Digital Economy (GRID) unit at CEPS.
Olesya’s research interests include Ukraine recovery, digital democracy, digital public infrastructure, and the interplay between the public sphere, technologies and media.
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialisation in Political Economy from the Central European University in Vienna, Austria. Olesya brings over three years of experience from both academia and the private sector. In her previous role at KPMG, she conducted extensive research, including quantitative analyses such as economic impact assessments of open data, survey analysis and data visualisation. Additionally, she is skilled in NLP (Natural Language Processing) text mining techniques, including topic modeling and sentiment analysis.
Olesya is a native Ukrainian speaker, fluent in English, and has some knowledge of German and Slovak.
