Julien Libert is Editorial Officer at CEPS.
Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief, Julien is responsible for CEPS’ publications formatting, design, and management. He provides editorial support by preparing bespoke content to bolster the work of the Communications and Event/Membership teams. Julien also coordinates in-house publications, such as the Annual Report.
Julien holds an MA in History from UCLouvain (Belgium), with a specialisation in Communication of Historical Knowledge and International Relations History.
