Andreas Backhaus is a Research Fellow in the Economic Policy Unit.
Andreas holds a PhD in Economics from LMU Munich. His thesis comprised essays on development economics and economic history. At CEPS, Andreas conducts research for the MEDAM and the FACTAGE projects. He has published on the relationship between climate change and migration.
