This Webinar will examine the relevance of safeguarding the rule of law and fundamental rights for the future. The Panel will address the rule of law issues and challenges of current Coronavirus politics derogating EU freedoms and declaring state of emergency. It will also explore what the EU can do to uphold its founding values and ensure legitimate and social-trust building policies.
