The expansion of mandate beyond natural gas of the Central and South Eastern Europe Gas Connectivity (CESEC) in areas such as market coupling, electricity trading, renewable energy and energy efficiency has brought a new impetus to the implementation of regional energy policy cooperation and stakeholder engagement. The meeting will address how these new developments will influence the integration of regional energy markets.

The panel discussion is part of the work of CEPS Energy Climate House on Central and South-East Europe regional energy cooperation, which includes the Regionalisation of EU Energy Policies initiative and the C&SEE Business Forum on Energy
