Skills and mobility both rank high on the European policy agenda. For several months now, in collaboration with the business networking site LinkedIn, CEPS has conducted an in-depth study of the mobility of IT workers and their core skills, both in the European Union and in the world at large. The findings bear on the core policy issues of the movement of talent within Europe, and how Europe fares in the international competition to attract and retain highly qualified workers.
