COP22: What’s next for the EU after Marrakech? Implications for EU climate policy

The COP22 in Marrakech represents the first UNFCCC meeting after the entry into force of the Paris Agreement. On the agenda are the implementation of key elements of the Paris Agreement, including the transparency regime, climate finance,  and the sustainable development mechanism. We will discuss the implications of the latest UNFCCC developments both for the EU, and how it may tigger changes in other regions that may be relevant for the EU.
