Daithi O'Ceallaigh will present the IIEA publication "Britain and Europe: The Endgame".

Dáithí O'Ceallaigh is a former Irish diplomat who served as Irish Ambassador in London from 2001-2007. He also served as Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva (2007-2009), Ambassador to Finland and Estonia (1993-1998) and Consul General in New York (1987-1993). He was Director General of the Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA) from 2010 to 2013 and continues to Chair its UK Group and sits on the IIEA Board of Directors. He is Chair of the Press Council of Ireland and is a member of the European Council on Foreign Relations. He is one of the authors of the IIEA book Britain and Europe: The Endgame.

A sandwich lunch will be served from 12.30 onwards.
