CEPS is saddened to learn of the passing of its long-standing board member Etienne Davignon. He had been a member of the CEPS board for over 30 years and played an important role in the governance of the organisation. Belgium and Europe have lost a prominent personality, who was active in some of the key moments that have defined recent European history, many of which are still relevant today.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family and close friends.
