Relations between Turkey and the European Union have been fraught in recent times. The accession process that started in 2004 has ground to a halt due to different issues. Public opinion in Turkey is becoming lukewarm toward the prospect of joining the European Union. Human Rights have rised concerns.

Free participation in our meetings is a benefit of CEPS membership. Non-members may be admitted for Euro 50, paid in cash at registration. Representatives of the European institutions & members of the press benefit from free entrance. A sandwich lunch will be provided from 12.30.
