Marie Curie Visiting Fellow

Ruby is from the University of Sheffield in the UK. She is conducting a study entitled ‘Social Investment Perspective of Work-family Reconciliation Measures in Europe and East Asia’, funded under the Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions, Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme of the European Union (SIPEA, Grant no. 708305). She is visiting CEPS from June to August 2018 to work with colleagues under the Ageing Societies Programme. Her main research interests are women and family care, social inclusion of older women in labour market, health and social care for older migrants, East Asian welfare models and comparative social policy.  She has conducted research in various Asian and European countries and published internationally in books and journals. Ruby welcomes research collaboration with colleagues who have similar research interests and share her passion of improving people’s lives through research and advocacy. More details about Ruby could be found from http://www.sheffield.ac.uk/socstudies/staff/staff-profiles/ruby-chau.
