Artur Bogucki serves as an Associate Researcher in the Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation, Digital Economy (GRID) Unit at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In addition to lecturing in the European Master in Law & Economics program, he is a member of the AI Lab at SGH, leads the CIVICA Europe Revisited group, and sits on the board of the Polish Association of Law and Economics. His academic career includes visiting posts and research fellowships at ETH Zurich, LUISS, and the University of Glasgow.
As a researcher in the GRID unit at CEPS, he engages in interdisciplinary research into the ethical, legal, and socio-economic aspects of applied technologies, particularly artificial intelligence. In this capacity, he applies his expertise to research and innovation projects, advisory roles, and digital policy debates.
Artur is a lawyer, economist, and cognitive neuroscientist with a Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. in Law & Economics (EMLE). His scientific focus is on behavioural law and economics, with technology law, medical law, competition law, and financial law as his doctrinal specialties.
