Understanding India’s Climate Agenda

This new Policy Brief by CEPS Fellows, Noriko Fujiwara and Christian Egenhofer, discusses some of the factors that are key to understanding India’s climate agenda with an emphasis on the country’s challenges in development, adaptation, energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.
