This Special CEPS Report presents the main findings of an online survey conducted by CEPS of the visitors to its website in August 2007. The results provided not only interesting insights into the origin, status, gender and age of CEPS website users, but also useful feedback on the perceived quality and user-friendliness of our website and suggestions of how CEPS can improve its services.
