How can you make an impact on EU policymaking?

The future is yours. But have you seized the opportunity to be the future?

Join us for the CEPS Young Thinkers Training Programme 2025, a unique opportunity to explore how young people can understand, engage with, and influence policy at the European and global level.

About the programme

Over the course of six interactive online sessions, participants will learn from leading CEPS researchers and take part in lively discussions, foresight workshops, and practical writing exercises. Together, we will explore themes such as:

  • Avenues for citizen participation in policymaking
  • Global health policy
  • Foresight and its use in the EU

The Training Programme will be followed by a Policy Commentary Competition where participants can earn a chance to publish their own policy commentaries on the CEPS Young Thinkers website and the winners will be invited to join us in Brussels for an in-person event to present their ideas in front of experts and policymakers.

What you will gain:

  • Access to one-of-a-kind training package unavailable anywhere else
  • Direct engagement with leading CEPS researchers
  • The opportunity to publish your own policy commentary and join experts and policymakers in Brussels
  • A digital certificate upon course completion

Speakers include:
