1

CEPS is proud to take part in the European Union #coronavirus response with a new H2020 project that will assess the socio-economic and behavioural impacts of the pandemic. The Commission will support 23 new research projects with €128 million in response to the continuing coronavirus pandemic. The 23 projects shortlisted for funding involve 347 research teams from 40 countries, including 34 participants from 16 countries outside of the EU.

This new project, named PERISCOPE, will involve all different research units of CEPS and will be led internally by Andrea Renda.

In order to implement its objectives of investigating the broad socio-economic and behavioural impacts of COVID-19 and propose measures to prepare Europe for future pandemics and epidemics, PERISCOPE is divided into 4 main clusters and 15 Work Packages.
