The EBS is Europe’s key meeting place for business leaders, diplomats, public sector representatives and EU policy-makers. This annual event provides a platform for high-level debate on the optimal conditions for business development in Europe, which in turn contributes to policy formulation. A keynote speech by Herman Van Rompuy will open the event. Closing remarks will be delivered by José-Manuel Barroso.
