Event streamed live only
Time: 09:00-12:30 CET, 10:00-13:30 EEST
The event will consist of two parallel roundtables, one in Brussels and the other in Kyiv, connected virtually, to discuss how an accession country like Ukraine will have to progress on fighting corruption to move forward on its EU accession track.
Each roundtable will be composed of around 15 invited participants, including officials from the EU and national administrations of member states and Ukraine, representatives of international organisations, the private sector, civil society organisations and experts from think tanks and academia.
The discussion for each roundtable will be moderated by a local event host. For each segment of the programme, the event hosts in Kyiv and in Brussels will invite selected speakers to provide introductory impulses, while the rest of each session will be devoted to collecting comments and questions from the participants in both locations. The online audience following the livestream will also have an opportunity to raise comments.
