The event aimed to raise awareness among EU clean energy stakeholders such as from business and industry, EU and member state policy-makers, research entities and NGOs regarding the status and prospects of the clean energy market in the GCC region. It highlighted opportunities for the industry to promote EU technologies, best practices and services and develop partnerships with GCC stakeholders.
Key experts and stakeholders from the Network will briefly presented its services, the available instruments to enhance the cooperation between the two regions, as well as the opportunities for collaboration.
The information session was hosted in the Centre of European Policy Studies (CEPS), Brussels on 8 March from 11:00 to 13:15 followed by a light lunch.
