Eastern Partnership webinar: the Winter War

On December 9, CEPS within the framework of the “3 DCFTAs” Project and in cooperation with the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum organises webinar “The Winter War”.

This final webinar of the year will be a comprehensive stocktaking with think tank experts from all six Eastern Partnership countries. This will assess the dramatic challenges ahead for the forthcoming winter, first of all the political, military and socio-economic implications for the most affected states, with both Ukraine and Moldova suffering Russia’s weaponisation of civilian electricity supplies. The debate will engage also a wider range of issues, including collateral impacts on refugee movements from Ukraine and emigration from Russia, progress being made by Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in meeting conditions set by the EU, and the ongoing peace talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The event will be open to audience participation in Q&A session.

3 DCFTAs” project is funded by the Government of Sweden

Registration for this event will be ending on December 8th 16:30 (CET)
