Closed-door interactive exchange on EU-India relations

CEPS and the Brussels Office of EUROPEUM representing the Think Visegrad Platform invite you to join an in-person closed-door interactive exchange on EU-India relations

As the two largest democracies, EU and India share many common visions and ambitions. India is seen as one of the crucial partners for the implementation of the Global Gateway strategy, EU’s tool to strengthen cooperation and boost trade with our global partners. Aside from cooperation in trade and investment, this relationship has also an important geopolitical dimension. While India still promotes its multi-alignment approach, facilitating partnerships with the like-minded democratic countries, such as the EU, but also with China and Russia through SCO and BRICS, growing geopolitical tensions show that both the EU and India are among the strongest promoters of a rules-based global order.

Following the public event, CEPS organises an interactive closed-door exchange between 11:15-12:15 to further analyse EU-India relations.

Hosted by CEPS and the Brussels Office of EUROPEUM representing the Think Visegrad Platform.

Non-member participation fee is 50 euros. The event is complimentary for CEPS members.

Prior registration is compulsory.
