Please note that this event will be held in-person, but CEPS members may request a zoom link to join virtually.
CEPS is pleased to invite its members to a closed-door conversation with Mr Hubert Gambs, Deputy Director-General for Digital Transformation, Justice and Consumers, on the emerging debate around a 28th regime and in light of the Commission’s plans for an EU-INC initiative – both part of a wider push to facilitate firms’ seamless operation and financing across the Single Market.
The discussion will examine whether an EU-level framework could help innovative firms scale across borders by reducing legal fragmentation and compliance friction, while preserving Member State autonomy through an opt-in design.
Following Mr Gambs opening remarks, there will be an interactive Q&A and discussion. This members-only roundtable will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
Registrations and breakfast from 09:00.
