Francisco Ríos is a Data Scientist in the CEPS Data Science team, with experience in data-driven research, software development, and optimisation to support decision-making in complex systems.
He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Concepción, Chile. His work spans technology development, data analysis, and the design and implementation of software solutions, including data visualisations and system features.
He has a strong interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of technology, education and policy, and is particularly motivated by applying data science and software solutions to enhance organisational well-being and efficiency.
