Ngo Chun Luk

Ngo Chun Luk obtained his Master's Degrees in Law (University of Aruba (2012) & Maastricht University (2014)) and PhD at Maastricht University (2017), with a focus on diaspora, quasi-citizenship, and citizenship rights. His research interests include nationality, European citizenship, human rights law, and asylum and migration law. Prior to joining CEPS, Luk has worked on the MACIMIDE Global Database on Loss of Citizenship, and was involved in the Involuntary Loss of Citizenship (ILEC) project.
