Launch of IFPRI’s 2016 Global Food Policy Report
Faced with internal divisions regarding the management of an ongoing refugee crisis which has exposed the EU’s vital social and security concerns, Member States have tried to outsource part of the problem to neighbouring countries.
For more than a decade, the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) has been the overarching programmatic framework of the EU to define its relations with the neighbouring countries on its eastern and southern borders.

On November 13th CEPS will host two panels to discuss the past and the future of the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The first panel in the morning will discuss the economics and politics of the 2013 CAP reforms.
