Undocumented Migration and the Stockholm Programme: Towards and Area of Freedom, Security and Justice for All?

The project focuses on the gaps existing between current European Union policies and the findings coming out of projects and studies carried out by networks of experts and civil society actors on undocumented migrants. It aims at structuring a pluralistic and frank dialogue on the status and rights of undocumented migrants in the EU among key representatives from relevant international and European institutional actors, international organisations and NGOs in light of the adoption of the next multiannual programme on Freedom, Security and Justice – The Stockholm Programme – by the Swedish Presidency in December 2009.
