Biography:

Piotr Maciej Kaczyński has been with CEPS since 2007, where he deals with the institutional reform and political integration of the EU. He also manages the CEPS-led European Policy Institutes Network (EPIN). Previously he was an analyst at the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) in Warsaw. His research interests include political integration of the EU as well as the foreign and external policies of the EU and its member countries. He frequently comments on European politics and foreign policy issues for the media with appearances, among others, in BBC Newsnight (UK), RTE (Ireland), TVP, Polsat News and TVN24 (Poland), ORF (Austria), CTV and Z1 (Czech Rep.), and Euronews. He has published in leading European papers, such as Le Monde (France), Gazeta Wyborcza (Poland), The Irish Times, Hospodarske noviny (Czech Rep.), European Voice and Europe’s World.
