Biography:

Piotr Maciej Kaczyński has been with CEPS since 2007, where he deals with the EU institutions and political integration of the EU. He also manages the CEPS-led European Policy Institutes Network (EPIN).

He frequently comments on European politics and foreign policy issues for the media with appearances, among others, in CNN, Euronews, Russia Today, BBC (UK), France 24, RTE (Ireland), TVP, Polsat News and TVN24 (Poland), ORF (Austria), CTV (Czech Rep.), SVT (Sweden) and STV (Slovakia). He has published opinion articles in leading European papers, such as The Independent (UK), Le Monde (France), Gazeta Wyborcza, Rzeczpospolita and Polska The Times (Poland), The Irish Times (Ireland), Hospodarske noviny and The Prague Post (Czech Rep.), Hospodarske noviny (Slovakia), EU Observer, E!Sharp, European Voice and Europe’s World.

His 2010 research topics include:
