On the occasion of the Spanish Presidency of the EU Council, CEPS hosted on 20 January 2010 an evening debate with Miguel Ángel Moratinos Cuyabé, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Spain, who presented the views of the Spanish Presidency on the prospects for the EU as a global actor. This event was chaired by Onno H. Ruding, chairman of CEPS.
