A seminar organised by the Fundación para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Diálogo Exterior (FRIDE) the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) and the Karelian Institute.

The aim of this seminar is to:
• Assess implementation of the EU Strategy four years after its initiation;
• devote particular attention to aspects of security and of promotion of human rights, democracy, rule of law and good governance;
• introduce the new EUCAM programme; and
• present and discuss two new policy briefs on EU-Central Asia relations.
