Jean-Pierre Casey (1980) is an Associate Research Fellow at CEPS. He is currently a Partner at Azure Wealth LLP in London, a boutique independent investment management firm, and also a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe since 2010. Previously, was a Director at Barclays, where he was Head of Investment Advisory in the International Private Bank in London, having previously held different posts, including Head of Regulatory Policy in the private bank. Before joining the private sector, Jean-Pierre was Head of Research at ECMI and published a number of books, reports and articles, including in the Financial Times and The Economist, while being regularly consulted by regulatory authorities and governments, including the Asian Development Bank, the U.S. SEC, FINRA, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the U.K. Financial Services Authority and the French financial markets regulator.
